Our team is currently hiring a Client Service Associate with innate customer service skills and attention to detail to assist with providing our clients with a concierge service experience.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process firm and custodian paperwork
  • Process money movement transactions
  • Prepare insurance applications and manage insurance underwriting process following through to final policy delivery
  • Provide support for in force insurance book of business including requesting insurance illustrations and preparing any paperwork for changes needed
  • Manage the implementation and completion of client requests/transactions and redirect tasks to advisors when appropriate
  • Troubleshoot complex client service requests with custodian or other partners
  • Manage client data and information in our CRM system
  • Maintain files in our imaging system
  • Support marketing efforts by keeping the team on track with deliverables and manage the compliance approval process for communications
  • Assume ownership of completing all compliance related tasks such as maintaining the check blotter and other reporting to the Registered Investment Advisor firm
  • Support the investment management process by submitting investment allocation changes as directed by the chief investment officer
  • Assist with client meeting preparation as needed
  • Set and maintain high standards of quality, organization and efficiency for team
  • Assist with client service projects such as managing data, improving processes, or adopting new technology


  • Experience working in the financial services industry a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player who will pitch in and do what is needed
  • Eager to learn and grow with the firm
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in a Windows environment is required
  • Will need to work in our West Hartford office with work from home flexibility
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
